General Manager, Digital & Direct Channels / Bank of Queensland


In his role as General Manager of Digital and Payments, Andrew is responsible for BOQ’s digital and direct channels, including ATMs, Internet & Mobile Banking, Corporate Website, Social Media and Customer Contact Centre. He also looks after BOQ's Payments strategy, including delivering innovative payments capability and revenue streams.

Prior to his current role, Andrew worked at the Commonwealth Bank, CommInsure and Colonial First State (New Zealand).
