Tina MacLean is the GM Information and Insights at ANZ NZ and has responsibility for transforming the organisations insights and analytics agenda. Her passion for the application of insights to drive sustainable business performance stems from a career that started in customer marketing at top London agencies where she worked on blue chip clients such as Barclays Bank, Diageo brands and British Telecom. Like many, Tina progressed from agency to client, first joining Centrica Group, where she quickly identified that customer experience needed to be driven from an organisational business system perspective. As a result Tina has spent the best part of the last 15 years of her career initiating business change through insight driven outcomes across people, process, data and technology capabilities.
Tina was also part of the team that led the merger of ANZ and National Bank brand, with a particular focus on highly targeted and individualised customer communications to support customers through the merger.
