Leigh Williams is the Executive Director for Customer Engagement, within Information and Technologies Branch, Department of Education, Queensland. Leigh has over 20 years’ experience in education and information technologies and has held many senior and executive leadership positions across schools and corporate entities, including CEO of a large private international education business.
During this time, Leigh has been awarded many accolades for her digital design and customer-centric approach to leadership and work, and has presented her approach and designs to large conference audiences around the world. Leigh enjoys researching and employing new methodologies to workplaces and holds five university degrees across fields of education, IT, business and executive management.
