Joining AMP in January 2022 as Head of Bank Transformation, Rowan leads the Bank Delivery Portfolio, overseeing direction, management and governance for the effective delivery of change. Rowan’s remit includes a focus on driving our continued transition to an Agile Way of Working across both change delivery and the broader business.
Rowan has a background in management consulting and a depth of experience in transformation in the Financial Services sector; with recent roles including a focus on defining and embedding new ways of working; and driving capability uplift and cultural transformation. Rowan is passionate about whole system thinking, having a clear target state vision and bringing it to life through coordinated and disciplined planning, informed decision making, and traceable and adaptable execution.
