Aditya leads the digital agenda for OCBC Bank’s consumer franchise. He is responsible for realising the full consumer and business potential of digital and digital enabled services across all customer touchpoints. In this role he has led the radical transformation and simplification of digital platforms and pioneered many award winning digital innovations leveraging analytics and customer-led design thinking.
Prior to OCBC Bank, he has gained 15 years of international experience at Standard Chartered Bank, where he held various business leadership positions for Digital banking, Credit cards, Payments, Lending and Insurance, covering markets in Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East.
An active participant in the wider digital and fintech ecosystem- as start-up mentor and popular speaker at events regionally, Aditya stays passionate about the intersection and interplay of business, technology and design to drive value creation and superior customer experience.
He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and an honours degree in Bachelor of Sciences (Physics) from St. Stephens, Delhi University.
