Yan Yee is the Head of IT and Facilities at AIA Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. Her department is responsible for overseeing best practice management and enhancement of IT infrastructure and environment; improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology; and leading strategic initiatives to transform the technology department to be flexible, adaptable and responsive to customer needs in AIA Shared Services.
Yan Yee has extensive project management experience, with both in-country and regional assignments, establishing a robust framework of IT systems and consultancy in the areas of IT Enterprise Architecture, IT Solution, IT Project Management, Strategy Development, process improvement, across Automotive, Oil and Gas, Healthcare and FSI industries.
Prior to joining AIA Shared Services, Yan Yee was a Senior IT Business Partner at GSK where she managed on various projects including digital transformation, mobility, business IT projects including distribution management system, CRM, as well as business process improvement.
Today, Yan Yee overseas the entire Business Continuity Management in AIA Shared Services while overseeing the IT enhancements and raising the service delivery for the organization.
