Bruce holds a leadership role for the Asia Pacific Region within the HP Technology Consulting group. He is responsible for the setting up, stabilisation and growth of the Customer Experience and IP Contact Center practice for the Asia Pacific region covering all areas of pursuit, consulting, implementation and support.

Bruce is a customer experience, contact center and IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the contact centre and CRM industry. He is a well-rounded IT leader in the operational and business aspects of contact centres with expertise in the latest contact centre technologies and trends with emphasis on customer experience.

He started his career as a programmer and moved on to solution architecting before taking up management responsibilities at country and South East Asia region, and eventually taking up the current position as the regional manager for Customer Experience and IP Contact Center responsible for the Asia Pacific region.
