Chris Moon has worked to transform IT services within Victorian Government organisations since arriving in Australia 8 years ago. Chris lead a significant program of reform at Sustainability Victoria and as a result of those transformations was awarded the Australian Government Young ICT Professional of the Year 2016. As the CIO at EPA Victoria he is once again leading a reform program guiding technological and digital change as the organisation transforms itself into a becomes a world-class regulator.
