Since Nov 2014, Fransiscus has focused more on helping Bank Central Asia to go through Agile Transformation, and developing people to be more happy, creative, innovative and positively productive. He supports and facilitates team members to explore and adapt working frameworks, methodologies and new technologies to improve user experiences.
Fransiscus is instrumental in driving the delivery of customer solutions from banking products and services in funding, lending, credit and debit card from various channels through branch, ATM, POS/EDC, Phone and SMS Banking, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. He believes in putting in the best efforts to provide personalised solutions for different customers, from individuals, commercials and corporations, meeting their different needs in terms of cash management, collections and payments solutions.
At BCA, he leads projects to optimise and modernise current solutions using middleware technologies to enable new capabilities to enhance customers experience.
Fransiscus has extensive experience in core banking on mainframe platform and has ground understanding in the importance of developing a secure, scalable, robust infrastructure with high availability.
