Kathryn joined QBE in 2009 and currently leads the General Insurance Short Tail Claims business across Australia and New Zealand. In this role Kathryn is spearheading a journey of transformational change leading teams across Australia and the Philippines.
Prior to taking on this role Kathryn led QBE Australia’s Customer Experience program working across the organisation to embed customer centricity through organisational capability uplift programs and the introduction of Service Design practices into QBE ways of working.
Kathryn has worked across a number of industry verticals both locally and internationally within the Contact Centre arena specialising in Workforce Optimisation, Change Management and Organisational Design. She is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations whilst returning sustainable bottom line results.
Kathryn has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University and is currently working toward obtaining her EMBA from RMIT University.
