With 15 years of Experience in technology across a variety of sectors Paul has learned many lesson as an engineer, IT manager, purchaser, supplier and academic. Namely the problem of semantics between the business, IT and the customer and how they articulate their needs. He has been a constant advocate for bridging the gap between business, IT and the end Customer. Developing a level of understanding that can overcome the sytatic and symantic barriers between stakeholders. Applying this to the complex area of Cybersecurity and the impact it has not only of IT but on the end user and effectively the entire business.

Today he leads BlackBerry’s Services Business in Asia, delivering Professional services and BlackBerry’s Cybersecurity Consulting Practice to the large and complex Asian market.
