Stephanie Iredale

Stephanie is a leadership and change professional in the Financial Services and Banking industry.  She works with executives and global organisations to identify and  deliver great customer outcomes in complex environments.

With more than twenty years’ experience in leading and guiding people through delivery and change in the financial sector she knows how to deliver transformation in various different organisational contexts.

Her expertise is underpinned by experience in designing and leading organisational change, large scale regulatory change and having worked in leadership positions in Mortgages, Wealth Management and Risk functions.

Stephanie has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Finance, is a Graduate with the Australian institute of Company Directors, has a Diploma of Financial Planning, is a Six Sigma qualified Green Belt and has been Agile trained.  She also holds her qualifications as a C level executive coach with the IECL (Level 2).
