Tanya is a Managing Director and Head of Customer Franchise at Citi in Australia. Tanya has over 19 years’ experience in financial services marketing.
At Citi, Tanya is responsible for delivering increased revenue and growing customer profitability and retention by delivering a customer first mandate including the technology solutions necessary to excel in customer experience.
Focusing on Citi’s core customer segments of the affluent and high net worth; Tanya draws on Citi’s global footprint, data insights and innovations to seek and deliver remarkable experiences for Citi’s customers.
Whether it has been championing Citi’s award winning Dining Program, enhancing digital solutions like touch and voice recognition, online chat, bot innovation or leveraging APIs to deepening the bank’s strategic partnerships, Tanya leads a team striving to create a positive customer connection through every experience.
Tanya began her career in 1998 and has an Economics degree from ANU and a Masters in Commerce, specialising in Marketing, from UNSW.
