BRUCE WEIR (MODERATOR): How do I make those critical decisions on what method to adopt, Agile or Waterfall? How do I convince the people that have worked for me for a number of years to change their skill set, their view of the world to a new approach? I know one thing is pretty certain, the demand by the business for rapid entry into rkets for rapid change, reduced cost and reduced risk and increased quality is increasing. That demand I think requires us to look at a new approach and Agile is seen within Suncorp as an opportunity to directly address these demands.
