
A forum will be held by Standard Chartered Bank Korea, with a keynote presentation from the bank’s London-based CFO.
Working under the theme of ‘Digital Technology Reshaping the Banking Industry’, Standard Chartered Korea is hosting a forum on the use of data analysis and fintechs.
The forum would look closely at the future of financial services, which would include artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain technology. In addition, the forum is also set to feature showcases of mobile financial technologies, which would include virtual reality offerings.
Products set to be showcased as part of the forum would include a 360-degree camera , and minimised portable card-issuing machines.
The forum is set to take place on 17 May at Standard Chartered’s main branch in Korea.
