For the second consecutive year, Telstra has conducted a study called the Telstra Productivity Indicator: A report on business attitudes towards improving productivity in Australia. Telstra commissioned Sweeney Research to survey 300 leading business and government organisations about productivity, how they approach it and the link between information and communications technology (ICT) and improving productivity.
