Head of Core Cash Management (Asia Pacific) and Head of Citi Innovation Lab (Singapore) / Citi

Morgan H. McKenney is Managing Director and Asia Pacific Core Cash Management Head for Treasury and Trade Solutions, a business unit of Citi's Institutional Clients Group. Treasury and Trade Solutions provides award-winning integrated cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations across the world, including 17 countries in Asia Pacific.

Based in Hong Kong, Morgan is responsible for domestic and cross-border payments and collections, commercial cards, client connectivity channels and enterprise services across the region. She also manages the Citi Innovation Lab in Singapore for Treasury and Trade Solutions.

Previously, Morgan was the global business head for cross-currency payments at Citi based out of London. Prior to assuming that role in 2012, she held numerous leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer of Treasury and Trade Solutions globally; Chief Operating officer of Citi Transaction Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa; Global Chief Financial Officer of Citi Transaction Services; and Chief of Staff for Robert Druskin, Chief Operating Officer of Citigroup. She began her career at Citigroup in the Strategy Group of the Corporate and Investment Banking division based in New York.

Before joining Citi, Morgan worked in the New York office of London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE) in a strategic relationship management role. She also traded equities and derivatives for Martin “Buzzy” Schwartz, an independent trader based in Boca Raton, Florida, and was a Management Associate at Capital One Financial in Richmond, Virginia.

Morgan received a BA in Computer Science from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has been a William Pitt member of Chatham House and is a member of Council on Foreign Relations, a US-based non-partisan organization focused on US policy issues.
