With a strong technology background Scott became interested in what how Data could be used to improve the experience of customers when he realised while working at Dymocks that the books people claimed to read and what they actual purchased were not the same. Armed with this realisation that sometimes what people do is more important than what they say in defining experiences a passion for great data driven customer experience design was born. 

Currently leading the Data Analytics and Consumer Research function at HCF Scott works collaboratively with all areas of HCF to deliver on the Strategic vision of making healthcare affordable, understandable, high quality and customer centric.
