Anastasia was appointed as NAB’s Chief Information Officer, Personal Banking and Digital, in March 2021 and is responsible for the end-to-end technology delivery that ensures we serve our customers well.
Along with oversight of the development of NAB’s core digital channels and shared digital platforms, Ana also leads key technology teams across Home Ownership, Personal & Everyday Banking and Retail, Direct & Operations.
Having started her career in systems engineering, Ana has also held CIO roles with both Westpac and BT Financial Group. Her experiences span technology executive and transformation delivery roles across Consumer Banking, Digital, Shared Services (HR, Finance, Risk and Operations), Wealth/Investments and Technology Infrastructure.
She has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Science (Electrical) from the University of NSW, Sydney.
Ana is a passionate advocate for addressing the gender imbalance in technology and driving growth in STEM skills across Australia. She was named as one of Australia’s Top 50 CIO’s in 2016 and in 2018 was selected as Woman of Influence for her work in amplifying STEM confidence and experiences in both students and adults.
Outside of work Ana is a proud mother to three children and is a lifelong music & pop culture enthusiast.
