Anna was appointed to the role of Chief Customer & Digital Officer at IAG New Zealand in May 2016. Responsible for strategic customer development, including insights, innovation and business intelligence and accountable for end-to-end digital development – including the IAG Technology team – to ensure IAG’s digital aspirations and IT infrastructure are well connected.
As a member of the IAG Executive team, Anna is a leader with proven results in large scale strategic business transformation, having led the NextGen Enterprise Transformation at BNZ for two and half years. This role was transforming BNZ’s operating model to position the bank for the future, enabling operation in a multi-channel environment and driving value for customers through new business intelligence capability.
