Bianca is the Head of Payments, Australia & New Zealand at J.P. Morgan covering payables, receivables including merchant acquiring, liquidity, foreign exchange, account services, channels, escrow and trade solutions.
As Head of Payments, Bianca manages a team across Sales, Product, Client Service, Implementations, Operations and Technology. She oversees product development and innovation, business P&L, client experience and overall business governance.
Bianca has over 25 years of financial industry experience across Australia, Hong Kong and the UK at J.P. Morgan, Citi and UBS.
She currently serves as a Director (GAID) for Australian Payments Network; Member on the AP+ Management Committee and Move to NPP Steering Committee and sits on the Industry Advisory Group for Project Acacia.
She holds a Bachelor Economics/Bachelor of Laws
