Biography

Brooke Anderson is the Chief Transformation Officer at National Archives of Australia.

Previously, Brooke was Assistant Commissioner, Behavioural Insights and Design at Australian Taxation Office where she led her team across organisation-wide programs using human-centred design, systems thinking and behavioural insights to solve problems and improve services.

For over 20 years, Brooke has helped a diverse range of agencies and corporations better connect with their customers and employees. These include Nike, Unilever, La Trobe University, Westpac, Telstra, Australia Post, ACT Government and Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Brooke is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technological and business limitations and solving big problems with human-centred design thinking. She is fascinated by emerging technologies and their role in helping people navigate increasingly complex lives.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Brooke will lead the development and innovation of next-generation digital services at National Archives of Australia.
