Craig Andrews serves as the Director of Customer Success for the APAC region. In this role, Craig oversees nCino’s customer success experience functions and strategies, including implementation, support, training, integrations, and customer success management. Craig joined nCino in 2021 after more than 20 years of experience in computer technology, specializing in customer and employee experience at Salesforce, Oracle, as well as leading financial services organisations. While at Salesforce, Craig served as a senior leader in the Customer Success Group, assisting clients in identifying paths to success and providing insights and resources to help customers achieve their goals.
