With more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and senior executive in the enterprise, telecommunications and banking sector, Damon has spent the past 15 years offering identity and data protection advice to clients across a range of highly regulated industries. In every project, he’s focused on identifying each client’s dynamic challenges in order to develop approaches that deliver real and timely outcomes.
As the Regional Sales Manager with Silverfort, Damon works closely with organisations to understand what steps they’ve taken to protect their identities, and where they may still be vulnerable to incidents ranging from lateral movement, to enabling MFA across all assets, to consolidating Identity Protection across an entire organisation into a single Cloud IAM solution of choice (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.).
In leading his team, he enjoys creating a culture of curiosity and innovation which enables us to bring the best solutions forward for alleviating our client’s headaches.
