Greg is a Transformation Professional with over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. He is currently the Head of Transformation Delivery in Westpac’s Consumer and Business Bank where he leads a team of transformation professionals responsible for the delivery of the division’s investment plan. His experience in this time has seen him lead some of the Groups largest transformation programs spanning domains including mergers and acquisitions, Digital Transformation, Regulatory Change and Data.\
Prior to this, Greg’s work across the Westpac Group involved leading strategic change in Consumer Finance, Risk, Operations, Institutional Banking and Distribution.
