Ivan Perić is the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence R&D at Synechron Inc., where he leads pioneering research in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and Computer Vision. His work focuses on both enhancing internal operational frameworks and developing client-centric AI solutions, driving strategic growth and positioning Synechron as a leader in AI-driven innovation. With over seven years of experience at Synechron, Ivan has held various leadership roles, including Manager and Assistant Manager in Synechron Innovation, where he developed advanced AI systems that streamline processes and deliver impactful results. Ivan is also an Advisory Board Member of the Serbian AI Society, contributing to AI development in Serbia and Southeastern Europe. Additionally, he has a strong academic background as a former Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, where he specialized in Intelligent Systems. Ivan holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a passionate advocate for AI’s transformative potential across industries.
