Kristen is a senior strategy professional with over 15 years of experience running marketing and product teams at a wide range of organisations. Taking an interest in the startup ecosystem, she directed New Zealand’s first fintech accelerator, preparing startups to compete on a global scale.

More recently, as Kiwi Wealth’s Director of Innovation, Kristen validated a financial platform concept through proven startup processes. Interviews with hundreds of millennials led to the launch of Hatch, a digital platform that gives every Kiwi the opportunity to be a world-class investor.
