Laura Mazin is the Founder and Director of AchieveAble Pty Ltd. After a successful 25-year career at Telstra, Laura has chosen to lead her own consulting business predominantly in the customer experience and transformation space. Laura brings years of experience in complex operational leadership, in customer experience management, and in telco and financial services.
Under Laura’s direction, her team of consultants deliver practical outputs that accelerate companies on their customer experience journey. Laura and her team have the scars, wounds, learnings and benefit of many years of personally leading major transformations and customer experience programs, and are adept at sharing those learnings at the Board/Senior Executive level all the way through to the frontline.
Having performed executive roles herself for many years, Laura’s mission is to build capability in others, and share her vast knowledge and experience in order to do so.
