Max is the Senior Director Customer Advisory, Asia Pacific and Japan at Seismic, a market leader in sales and marketing enablement software. He joined Seismic in 2019 to lead its regional solution advisory function. Max has over 15 years’ experience in the SaaS and technology industry. Prior to his role at Seismic, Max was the Head of Solution Architecture APJ at SAP Qualtrics. In his role as Innovation Lead at Westpac Institutional Banking, Max led a $60 Mn 3D transformation aimed at digitisation of sales, processes and data & analytics transformation for Westpac Capital Markets which included partnering with 700+ startups. Max has also been a Managing Consultant at Infosys where he led client engagement in UK and US on Customer Experience design and analytics. Max brings with him extensive experience in CX, Analytics, Innovation and data-driven decision-making across Asia Pacific. Based in Sydney, Max has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
