Michelle is Head of Delivery for Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Group. Michelle joined Macquarie in 2012 and is responsible for the end-to-end technology delivery across the BFS ecosystem. The BFS Technology team is primarily located in Sydney, Manila and Gurugram. Enterprise Agile and DevOps is the business-wide operating model and culture which has introduced agility, innovation and increased speed to market. Most recently, in September 2021, BFS was recognised as The Best Agile Place to Work by the World Agility Forum.
In prior roles, Michelle was a Senior Manager at Accenture providing strategic consulting services to a variety of Financial Services clients in Australia, USA and Hong Kong.
Michelle is passionate about gender equity and leads the establishment of Macquarie’s Women in Technology Employee Network Group (ENG) and co-chairs the Giving@Macquarie ENG.
