Min Zhu is an analytics leader with a broad range of experience within the financial services industry. At IAG she leads a team of data scientists in applying advanced analytics and AI to better understand and serve our customers, and to optimise claims and operational processes.
Prior to IAG she led an analytics team at CBA, focusing on key strategic priorities including deepening customer understanding, shaping regulatory and board reporting, and uplifting risk and governance processes.
Min is passionate about enabling data-driven business decisioning, developing the analytics talent of the future, and unlocking the potential of data science and AI for the ongoing betterment of society.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
