Monica Hovsepian is the Financial Services lead at OpenText. In her role, she is responsible for the financial services industry strategy and marketing globally at OpenText across all business units.

Monica has over 25 years of financial industry experience. She is a trusted subject matter expert in the Financial Services Industry, having worked with numerous large and international banks in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Before moving to marketing, she led innovations that dramatically improved operational efficiencies in both front/back office and initiatives designed towards increasing customer experience. Prior to transitioning to the vendor side, Monica worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia, both in the Retail Banking Corporate Offices and in Corporate and Commercial Electric Banking divisions.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from York University, and She earned an MBA in international business and marketing from Hult International Business School in London England. Additionally, Monica serves on the Forbes Finance Council, and the George Washington University School of Business Customer Experience Program Advisory Council.
