Nita is a passionate customer experience evangelist with a deep data experience. She has spent the last 25 years developing and executing customer- centric strategies focused on driving people, commercial and risk outcomes. These have been based on her fundamental belief that if you uplift the customer and people experience this will translate into shareholder returns.
Nita joined IAG in 2020 and leads IAG’s strategy for content solutions, business process optimisation, simplification, robotic process automation, and informed application of emerging intelligent automation technology such as AI and cognitive automation. She is also responsible for enabling a future ready organisation by improving IAG’s ways of working through enterprise agility practices, and capability development within Tech&Ops.
Nita has a rich experience developed in roles across telecommunications, financial services, government, and utilities. Her enthusiasm for using technology and data to drive customer experience and commercial outcomes was borne when she supported the launch of the UK’s first online credit card application back in the last century!
