Oliver’s career started leading some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading advertising agencies where for 15 years he supported clients across a diverse range of industries Finance, Telco, Retail, FMCG, Alcohol and Automotive.

Now Chief Experience Officer at Westpac New Zealand, Oliver is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and delivery of the bank’s four Consumer Tribes who are on a mission to modernise the critical customer journeys across the bank.

Oliver is an empathetic leader who is obsessive about creating environments where people are empowered to unleash their expertise and deliver great results.
