Patrick has held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
He has a background in Human Resources management, operations management/business redesign/continuous improvement and managing large delivery operations.
His previous two roles have been with New Zealand Police and AFFCO NZ (in the primary processing sector).
As a result Patrick has a diverse set of skills and broad experience across a range of areas, in particular the areas of strategy design and implementation, performance measurement, and leadership development including mentoring, coaching and building high performing teams are areas of passion.
In his current role as Group Manager, Customer Services Patrick leads a team of four direct reporting managers; 26 Service Managers, 173 team Leaders and approximately 1891 staff to deliver services across IR.
Outside of work a keen motorcyclist and a sometimes sidecar racer who enjoys low impact exercise all of which provides the appropriate work-life balance.
