An experienced Integration specialist with 19+ years of IT experience across a variety of industries including Retail, Superannuation, Councils, Fed Gov, Logistics and more. Passionate about people and technology with a deep background in integration architecture, design, delivery & governance.
From 2010, worked in professional services & progressed from Senior Consultant to Principal and Practice Lead – playing a key role including employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance reviews, mentoring, client management, tender responses in addition to billable work.
In 2017, became Practice Manager responsible for driving the Integration capability within RXP. Helped defines the strategic direction of the practice & was responsible for managing the delivery of professional services with oversight & delivery assurance for client engagements. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
Stephen builds collaborative relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business & technology requirements & has strong partnerships with tech vendors. Vendor agnostic practice with a strategic list of vendors to maintain specialisation. These included SofwareAG webMethods, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft and Microsoft. Was responsible for establishing Boomi capability from scratch which proved very commercially successful.
Now in similar role with Australia’s leading Integration services provider, ANATAS. Experts in Dell Boomi and SoftwareAG webMethods with emerging capabilities in UIPath RPA.
