Susan Tasic-Clark is a Principal Solution Consultant in the OpenText Presales ANZ group, managing a team of Solution Consultants and working on selected strategic OpenText customer accounts. She is a passionate IT solution professional, with consultancy experience across Banking and Insurance, Government, Utility, Engineering, Telecommunications, Logistics, Medical Devices, Airport, Manufacturing and Retail sectors.
Her key focus is in ensuring that OpenText customers are making strategic decisions with their IT platform purchases that will result in delivery of their digital transformation objectives and overall value to their organisations.
With recent challenges facing Financial Services from the global pandemic, she is assisting customers with rapid change right now to meet new security risks and the need to balance greater efficiency with increasing compliance standards.
Susan routinely advises on business case document production and benefit calculations to support our customers in understanding how their new deployments will result in cost take-outs, collapsed process efficiencies and reduced governance risks.
