Yiming Pan has extensive experience in financial services delivering for key brands such as Citi, HSBC, Woolworths Financial Services, Royal Bank of Scotland, Insurance Australia Group and QBE Insurance. His career spans digital marketing, media, content marketing, user experience testing, conversion rate optimisation and more recently digital automation.
He is currently the Head of Digital Engagement at Citi where he has launched a content management system and application forms. He also manages the Marketing Cloud and Digital Transformation .
