Kobie is the Head of Products and Customer Solutions at Rabobank. She joined Rabobank in 2003 and has worked in a number of roles in different divisions throughout her time spanning Business Transformation, Strategy, Business Development and the management of customised executive education programmes for farmers. Kobie led Rabobank’s 20/20 transformation project that resulted in the development of the strategic priorities for 2020 and supporting initiatives including FutureTech, Operating Model Review and a Revenue Growth Program. Prior to joining Rabobank Kobie worked in London for the Queensland Government Trade and Investment Office for Europe and at News Ltd.
Kobie enjoys driving change and developing and executing strategic and business initiatives. Willing to roll up her sleeves. She is motivated by delivering successful, tangible outcomes, creating diverse, flexible and enjoyable work environments and high performing teams, and supporting clients and colleagues to achieve success in their businesses, roles and careers. Outside of work, Kobie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping fit and travelling.
