Chief Inspector of Police, Cyber Security Division / Hong Kong Police Force

In his 22 years of police service, Lewis has served in various crime formations including the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) and Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau.

Lewis is among the pioneer group of officers who were sent by the police to complete formal training on digital forensics in 2001.  During his tenure in CCB between 2001 and 2008, he has helped set up the first Digital Forensics Laboratory for the police and played pivotal roles in the working groups responsible for reviewing the Gambling Ordinance and enacting the Prevention of Child Pornography Ordinance.

Currently, Lewis are leading two specially trained Incident Response Teams to provide active protection for critical cyber infrastructures in Hong Kong.
