Sue Ann-Charlton

Executive Director, Service SA / Department of the Premier and Cabinet, South Australia

Sue-Ann joined the SA Government in May 2015 after spending most of the last 5 years in executive roles within the Westpac Group including Head of Service Excellence for BT Financial Group and Regional General Manager for Westpac Retail Bank.  Prior to that, she spent 12 years with global consulting firm, Mercer, developing best practice customer experience initiatives that were adopted globally.

In her current role, Sue-Ann leads Service SA, the customer facing arm of the South Australian government and is responsible for improving the customer experience across the whole of government.
