Head of Customer Experience and Enablement / BT Financial Group

Warren Dunne is Head of Customer Experience and Enablement in Advice, BT Financial group. BT Financial group is the Wealth Management arm of the Westpac Banking group and provides personal advice, support for private wealth customers, Insurance, Superannuation and Investment solutions. Warren’s current role is responsible for transforming the customer experience within Advice through the embedding of customer centered design into all solutions being developed.

Warren has over 25 years experience in Banking and Wealth management. During his career he has been responsible for Strategy development across Finance, Information management, Financial Planning and has delivered major strategic change initiatives encompassing business transformation, ERP implementation and regulatory change.

Warren has driven the use of technology across the business and has championed the implementation and leveraging of data warehousing, business intelligence tools and predictive modelling in solving real customer issues and capturing business opportunities.

Warren is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.
