Nicholle is an experienced senior financial services executive with just under 20 years working in major financial institutions and consultancy. Her expertise across financial services includes banking and payments, FinTech, RegTech, IT strategy, data analytics, cyber security & risk management, digital ransformation, AI-driven automation and design thinking. This expertise has been gained from working in major banks such as Merrill Lynch, CBA, NAB, Westpac / St George and senior advisory and consultancy roles at AT Kearney / EDS ad leading global Fintech Incubators such as Stone & Chalk, Lvel39 and Lattice80 in Sydney, London and Singapore.
In December 2014 Nicholle was selected as a lead mentor in the mentor program at Stone and Chalk, Australia’s leading fintech incubator. She is currently mentoring 4 start ups at various stages of development and has been working with both government and corporates to assist their development and entry to the financial services market. Recently she was invited to become a guest lecturer in Financial Services Innovation and FinTech at SP Jain Global School of Business in Sydney and Singapore. Nicholle has a Masters in Information Technology (specializing in AI/Expert Systems) from UNSW in addition to Bachelors in Economics and Laws from Sydney University. A Fellow of FINSIA, Nicholle is currently a Deputy Chair for the Retail Banking Industry Council and a member of the Payments and Innovation Advisory groups. She attended the highly selective Executive School at the London School of Economics completing courses including FinTech, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2016.
