Wipro, ServiceNow expand partnership

Wipro Limited and ServiceNow have inked a five-year business partnership deal, expanding on the existing relationship and seeking to develop new offerings to deliver more value for clients.

The deal is expected to assist Wipro achieve its goal of building a billion-dollar business with ServiceNow by 2026 by providing services across process consulting, implementation, configuration and management.

It also aims to boost business transformation and help clients cope with new and ongoing business challenges, especially through the help of the strengthened cloud capabilities contained in Wipro FullStride Cloud.

The partnership will also see the development of a global framework to optimise several business functions including technology service operations automation; environmental, social and government (ESG) standards implementation; enterprise resource planning (ERP) automation; and innovation of new digital business, customer and employee experiences.
