The financial services market continues to evolve – there are new data sources, new approaches and there’s greater ability for companies to use novel data pools to deliver improved decisions. 

CDR, the Consumer Data Right, has enabled Open Finance as a way of gaining a broader understanding of the customer’s financial position, while other data sources from social media and beyond have intrinsic value to help decision-making. The new pools of data are large, but also meaningful, and making sense of these pools of data requires a dynamic use of AI/ ML and tools to enable discerning decision-making.
