Banking and financial services organisations have fundamentally been slow to change as a result of complex governance and compliance policies. Yet recent disruptions in the industry have shown an urgency for businesses to reinvent themselves and react faster to market and technological changes. At this luncheon, we have invited renowned digital leader and automation expert, Steve Blunt, General Manager of Automation & Innovation from the University of Sydney to join us in an open conversation about leveraging AI and automation to deliver innovative solutions for the organisation. Steve will be sharing first-hand experience of making AI and automation work for the business, and practical tips on navigating these new technologies for your businesses.

Discussion Points

  • Do you see process automation gaining more relevance in your organisation?
  • What do you think are the key hurdles to leveraging AI in the financial services sector?
  • How do you think we could address these challenges?

By delving into these specific areas and discussing practical use cases, this roundtable aims to provide valuable insights and promote meaningful exchanges among leaders strategically reimagining RPA innovations in Financial Service Institutions.
