ATTENDANCE IS STRICTLY FOR PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES ONLY

Audience:

Chiefs and Senior Executive leaders from Queensland Government Departments and Agencies who are sponsoring complex and large-scale programs that involve digital transformation, compliance, mitigating and managing enterprise risk, business development and continuity, and optimising organisational performance.

In this session, we will be joined by Melanie Marshall, a previous public servant, who is an independent consultant, author, and thought leader with over 20 years of government experience in organisational performance, business transformation, and cultural change.
