Fintech firms invited to PayPal’s incubation program

PayPal has is calling for technology and fintech start-ups to participate in its fourth development program.

PayPal will offer a nine-month incubation project aimed at fintech start-ups that will cover finance and technology topics including compliance, risk, channel partnering and core payment networks.  Participants will also receive mentoring and coaching from PayPal executives, including general manager Anupam Pahuja.

Start-ups who are selected will also benefit from an array of networking and funding opportunities through PayPal’s network and venture capital connections. A physical co-working space within PayPal’s Singapore Technology Centre at Suntec City will also before, enabling direct access industry expertise.

Shortlisted start-ups will be invited to a Pitch Fest to be held on June 2nd. Singapore is the second country in Asia to run the incubation program, with the previous 3 hels at the PayPal technology centre in India.
