A Kiwi cloud app integrator wants to trade on the ASX, but first it needs to raise AU $25 million.

9 Spokes will launch roadshows in Sydney and Melbourne this week to drum up support for a quarter of a million dollar listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

The company recently built the Connect cloud application platform for Deloitte Private and are looking to raise the money for an ASX listing, as well as help funding the company’s international expansion plans.

The 9 Spokes platform helps small businesses and start-ups to aggregate multiple cloud computing applications on a single dashboard, helping them to track performance. Designed as a cheaper alternative to a corporate ERP system, it allows a single bill to be sent to users covering all app subscriptions purchased directly though the company.

Founded by Adrian Grant in 2011 and headed by Mark Estell, the company’s aim to raise $25 million at 20 cents a share would value the business at AU$80 million.

Sydney-based Foster Stockbroking is the lead manager of the listing and said the company hopes to be trading on the ASX by May or June.
