Cloud-based documentation platform, NowInfinity, has completed a restructure, which will see it expand its business operations.
The restructure will focus on expanding executive manager and includes a partnership with Future Now Ventures, which recently sold to global professional services company, Accenture. NowInfinity chief executive, Amreeta Abbott, said: “The partnership with Future Now Ventures…enables us to scale and seize the substantial opportunities before us.”
“We recognized the business had many broader opportunities and knew that we would need to restructure in order to seize those,” she said.
The overhaul of NowInfinity platform, which is utilised by accounting, super and financial advice firms, will see the formal exit of company co-founder, Grant Abbott.
Abbott will continue to work via a partnership agreement with NowInfinity on self-managed super fund (SMSF) activities.
